"Family Bungalow Room A7 Room A7 is significantly smaller than Room A4, despite being charged at the exact same price. The staircase leading to the second floor is quite steep and hazardous—the wooden steps are slippery, and the handrails are too low. The bathroom is tiny, and the bidet sprayer is inconveniently placed on the left side. The bathroom was not clean and had an unpleasant odor. The shower glass partition is damaged/broken. The shower rail is loose and on the verge of breaking. The shower water pressure is very weak. Found ants, mosquitoes, and flies inside the room. The room flooring is granito tile, which is quite cold and slippery. Slippers should really be provided for guests. Dining / Restaurant The breakfast line lacks variety and offers very limited choices. The egg station couldn't keep up with the orders, resulting in long wait times (especially during peak hours between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM). Overall Impression Overall, our 3-day, 2-night stay was quite disappointing and definitely not worth the money spent."
