The front desk called security to refill them, and they brought shampoo and shower gel in a large Yibao mineral water bottle. I didn't feel comfortable using them at all; this is not up to the standard of a chain hotel. Yet, it's branded as Arles Hotel, and I paid over 240 yuan. I do not recommend staying here."
