The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended. My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small. It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good. I would definitely consider staying here again."

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was instant. All the facilities were well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned meticulously every day and responded promptly to any requests. This chain brand consistently delivers quality, and for the price, the value for money is unbeatable. If I'm ever back in Tianmen, I'll definitely choose Yishang again. Highly recommend!"
