"We arrived at the hotel and had to check in ourselves via a self-service desk. That was useless. The system was slow and took way too long. The staff was friendly, but this whole process took at least five times as long as a normal check-in at the reception. Upon entering room 335, we were immediately overwhelmed by a nasty smell. We kept the window open for over six hours until it got dark, but the smell lingered. In the bathroom, there was mold in the edges and strange black streaks on the duvet. Friends of ours had a different room, but the doorknob there was loose. The breakfast was also really disappointing; we paid almost 30 euros for a very meager breakfast. No one in our group was satisfied. Not recommended."
