"The hotel is very nicely located in the city center. We found it right away, and the reception was very friendly. The red wine at the hotel bar was very good, and they even served chips! Freshly brewed coffee was offered for breakfast – it tasted excellent! Unfortunately, there were a few rolls and the bagels were a bit hard. Otherwise, the breakfast and the selection were very good! The rooms are beautifully laid out; we even had a skylight that let in the morning sun. We would definitely come back."

"Great stay at Hotel Bernina! The location was incredibly convenient, especially for an early train the next morning since the station is just right across. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a very practical and pleasant choice for anyone traveling by train. I would happily stay here again. P.S the kettle in the room didn't work; the staff went up and brought me hot water instead."

"The boss was very enthusiastic. When I was still in the Alps, he called me to ask when I would arrive and was very caring when I arrived. This is indeed a castle. You can have a bird's eye view of the entire Diano. It has a history of three centuries. The castle is very beautiful. It takes a five-minute walk from the city center. The room is exquisitely decorated and very nice."
