"After having spent 4 days at the Garda lake, 4 days in Firenze/Tuscany, our 4 day stay at Küglerhof was the jewel on our vacation crown. Very friendly and relaxed reception - we (Belgian family of 4) arrived in the afternoon - so we could immediately enjoy the tasteful afternoon cakes that are offered on the house every day. Rooms were perfect - we got nice valley view - and after unpacking we explored the nice garden and pool area, and even played a game of Boccia. We are foodies, and during our vacation we already got spoiled by the excellent Italian cuisine, but what the kitchen produced at Küglerhof was really top level. Not only the first evening, but the whole stay! Combine that with beautiful surroundings (definitely make a long walk in the mountains, do an e-bike tour and visit Merano with the one-seater chairlift!), a remarkable interior design, a cosy atmosphere, nice spa and excellent service and you have a the ingredients for a marvelous holiday."

"Next time we visit Tirolo/Dorf in Tirol there’s only one place we would stay… For us as a couple there’s no doubt about that. Everything in the hotel is available for a fantastic holiday. We can write millions things about how wonderful our stay was in Golserhof. The only advise we can give to people is experience the fantastic stay themselves. After a day of walking in the unbelievable nice panoramic area, get lazy in the sauna and relax accommodation. So that you are ready…for the best evening that the team of Golserhof offers you. Get spoiled by food and drinks. Enormous breakfast and fine diner at the evening with class aperitifs and a selection of the best wines that Italy produce. The special diner evenings are a must go. Especially when it’s the Italian evening… Deserts have an exclusive melting taste for tongue and throat. Don't forget the cheese buffet that blows you away...."

"It was lovely. Highlights included: - Fantastic view - Very high standard, stylish - Professional service - Large private sauna and whirlpool - Ample parking. What we personally felt was missing for a 5-star rating: - The drive from Merano only takes about 20 minutes, but the road is narrow and winding, which is less than ideal with a large car and two children in the back. Going out for a quick bite in the evening requires some thought. - Breakfast offers a good selection and service; however, compared to 5-star hotels and breakfast buffets, it's limited and quickly becomes monotonous. - There are a few similar accommodations where you get 90% of what's offered for 60% of the price – everyone has to weigh that up for themselves. - The pool is heated, but subjectively, it could be 1-2 degrees warmer.
