"Before my flight, I was looking for an above-average hotel to relax. The hotel looked appealing in the photos, and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi on the premises. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the grounds. The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to check in early, which was great. However, the room was in poor condition. It had black walls, was dark, had a broken mirror, and chipped furniture. While there was a kitchen and a kettle in the room, there was no outlet for the kettle. The drainage was poorly done, so the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water after a shower. Overall, the furniture and decor were old, giving the room an unkempt feel. There were also hot water disruptions, and I even saw a man in a bathrobe at the reception area. The staff claimed it was due to a city-wide service outage. Incidentally, no one mentions that the hotel is right next to the airport, so you'll hear every plane. My room faced a wall, and next to it was the staff room. They would go out for loud smoke breaks, making it impossible for me to sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and tasty food, but you couldn't eat it in your room; everything had to be consumed at the tables. In the evening, I inquired about a transfer for the morning. One girl told me it would be 5-10€ for a taxi with no set time, and 15€ for a 'VIP' service that would arrive exactly on time. In the morning, there was a different girl. We opted for the first option since we had some extra time. When the taxi arrived, I asked the receptionist about the price, and she said she hadn't asked. When we got outside, the taxi driver quoted 15€. We had to haggle and eventually paid 10€. It's a 30-minute walk to the airport, but only a 7-minute taxi ride. In summary, the hotel is old, and not all rooms are in good condition. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is brand new, having opened just five days ago. The location is excellent—right next to the port, surrounded by upscale restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the service standards are remarkably high. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Beautiful hotel on a seafront location with lovely scenery. Superior room was spacious and cleaned everyday with new towels. It is important to note that the hotel is a beach club and so has loud base music all day every day which is unbearable after a day. Keep this in mind if bringing a family, especially on the weekend it was very rowdy as anyone is able to enter the hotel for free. Shame that the spa facilities do not work except the sauna as this was something we were looking forward to. Andrej breakfast waiter was amazing. The other staff were not attentive at all and quite rude (especially reception) not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel at all. Also bear in mind that the hotel is very far from the towns of Kotor and Tivat. A taxi is around €30 each way and nowhere is walkable. All food and drink in the hotel is very overpriced for what it is but it is expensive to go anywhere else."

"I booked a semi-ocean view room, but upon check-in, I was given a second-floor room with absolutely no sea view. Through Ctrip, I was able to get a room on the top floor, which was absolutely stunning. The hotel boasts an excellent location with ocean views and yachts visible from the window. It's within walking distance of an upscale area, the only luxury brand area in Montenegro. Breakfast was a buffet, very lavish and beautifully presented. In conclusion, when staying at overseas hotels, never hesitate to make requests and protect your rights."

"A hotel to avoid, mainly because of the arrogant attitude towards the guests by the head of service. In a four-star hotel, you shouldn't afford to not have cups for coffee and yogurt, plates, glasses (plastic?) for juice, etc., guests were picking up half-full glasses from the tables. It's a shame for an otherwise nice hotel with such staff led by the head of service."

"The apartments are well positioned just beyond the Porto development and shopping. The apartment was clean, modern furnished and a good quality bathroom. The reception was quick and efficient and helpful. The included breakfast was not done well and soured the overall experience. It is offered 300m away. It consists of a single hot plate that you order from the table. No cereal, fruit or cheese. And, unbelievably, they charged us €15 extra for two coffees and water!"
