"I was charged for the room but was never able to check in. My reservation was valid until 11:00 AM, yet the staff insisted I had to show up the previous day at 4:00 PM or lose the room. When I offered to make a new reservation, they told me I’d have to wait until 3:00 PM to check in. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I never stayed at the hotel and have requested a refund through the third-party booking service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had."

"The facility and service were very bad, behavior was rude to the customer. AC was not working properly, comforter was dirty and tear. They were not user friendly, they could not communicate properly with the app trip.com which was really helpless situation for the customer. I paid double for the room , I paid triple.com and I paid the hotel .I will never recommend any one about this room."

"Management did not honor a reservation placed over a month prior to arrival for a family that travelled a long distance to stay in the area for the weekend. We were given an excuse on site that the customer who made the reservation could not be contacted, but all necessary contact information was provided to reach out and inform us about any changes prior to our arrival, which was not done and is very unprofessional behavior. The owner made a reasonable effort to help with accomodations after the fact, but such efforts do not change what occurred, and those who are interested in this accomodation shoud strongly consider other options, respecfully."
