"The hotel is decent, probably one of the best in the area. But it's frustrating that they don't respond to guests' questions. I booked an apartment with a bedroom and two living rooms, each with a double sofa bed. Upon check-in, I discovered there was only one living room and one sofa bed, and that they didn't have any rooms like the ones described in the reservation. Meanwhile, on other platforms, the same room is listed as an apartment with one living room and for half the price. My request for clarification was completely ignored, and no response was forthcoming. They simply provide false information, embellish to raise the price, treat guests like fools, and don't feel the need to answer questions."
