"I truly enjoyed my stay at Il Sereno. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and its strongest asset is the stunning location with breathtaking views over Lake Como. All rooms have lake views and feature spacious balconies, which is a major highlight. The design is contemporary and elegant. The restaurant was a standout — both the food and the atmosphere were excellent. I especially appreciated the F&B team, who were highly professional and welcoming. Overall, the service across the hotel was of a high standard. Communication through WhatsApp with the hotel staff was smooth and helpful. I also enjoyed the well-organized boat tour of the lake. Everything from check-in to departure was handled efficiently and with care."
