"There should be negative stars for this hotel. Arrive at night, there was no hot water and the heating system was not working. Hotel personnel responded as if it was not their problem. Needless to say, the room was freezing and I could not take a shower. Next morning, woke up and both problems persisted. When I inquired about the possibility of a shower, I was told that "the plumber is coming later". But I was politely and firmly reminded that check out time was before 12 PM. Front desk personnel bsolutely refused to let me leave my luggage there for over one hour. Of course, I packed my stuff and moved to another place. Conclusion: no hot water during my stay, no heating during my stay and no flexibility to help me ease the inconveniencies resulting from problems on their end. Will not even walk near this hotel again."

"The house is true to the description. Many perfectible details, the shutter of one of the bedrooms no longer goes up, (reported the first day to the person in charge of the keys, no reaction.) Many things weakened by time, a parasol would be very useful f"
