The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. In the photos, there was space on both sides of the bed. However, the room I was assigned had no space around the bed, so it was much smaller. On the other hand, the temperature in the room was very low, even when plugging in the thermostat which otherwise made a lot of noise. In fact I had to sleep with a coat on and I was still cold. I am not a cold person, so someone who is may have a lot of trouble sleeping. Also, the room had no lock. I heard other rooms did have it, so I guess it would be mine. Considering the thinness of the door and how basic the lock is, I didn't feel very safe sleeping on it. There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and in some areas of the room. And finally, the noise and discomfort of the pillow did not allow me to sleep all night. There was noise coming from everywhere. When booking this hotel I was expecting a basic Ibis Budget type concept, but nothing like that. The only thing that saves this hotel is the attention from the reception, which has very pleasant staff. Otherwise, I would not return to this hotel no matter how cheap it was.

La pulizia e l'igiene lasciano molto a desiderare, poiché c'era uno scarafaggio in camera!! 🪳🪳🪳 In effetti, durante il soggiorno, non hanno mai rifatto la camera e non sono mai passati a pulire. All'arrivo, durante la fase del check-in, mi hanno derubata facendomi pagare un importo relativo alla tassa di soggiorno pari al doppio + altre tasse addizionali sempre pagate doppie e quando ho detto ciò che invece avrei dovuto pagare, come da accordi presi precedentemente con il mio operatore e come da voucher, sono stata selvaggiamente sopraffatta, contraddetta e maltrattata costringendomi in fretta e furia ed in quattro e quattr'otto al pagamento richiestomi visto che la persona al ricevimento per niente professionale, seria, formale, diplomatica e di buone maniere è andata su tutte le furie!! NO COMMENT! Poi lo sconsiglio perché, da quanto ho visto, in quest'albergo ci va solo pessima clientela!!
