"The service is top- notch with the typical Thai hospitality. They prepared a different breakfast for us in our room every morning. They gave us extra water and prepared mosquito repellent. The problems with the hotel is mostly structural. It is not sound-proof and you can hear every sound of your neighbours. The steps of the staircase are too high apart. The bedrooms are too dark to read and need more light. There needs to be hangers or dress cabinets to hang clothes. The first two problems are difficult to solve but I hope they will get more lights for the bedrooms and something to hang clothes. I don't mind staying again next time I'm in Trang."

"The room was quite spacious, have a balcony too. This was a rare gem at this price. Toilets amenities were provided, including hair conditioner (quite rare to fine this provided in the hotel in Thailand). Lots of covered parking space, very convenience to get into the city."

"The location is good: tucked away in a courtyard, so it's quiet. It's a 10-minute walk to the Big C supermarket and a small market across from it. The supermarket has a small food court. The room is pleasant, with a kettle and coffee maker. They provide two 0.6-liter bottles of water, and the bathroom comes with soap, shower gel, and a shower cap. If you're concerned, the bed isn't a king-size, it's smaller, but it was enough for us. And the bathroom sink is a bit high. But those are minor details. Breakfast is served from the 7th floor to the 5th floor, offering beautiful views of the city in the morning. We were offered a choice of European or Asian options; we chose the Asian option, which is oatmeal with a raw egg, meat, and herbs."
