"The hotel room is very clean and the service attitude of front desk 001 is good!"

"Awful experience at this hotel. We had to evacuate our home nearby due to the wildfires so we checked in here at 3am with 2 very young children who were scared to death about the fires. We needed a good night's sleep but instead we were woken up at 7:30am by workmen drilling very aggressively right outside our doors, the noise was unbearable. We weren't told this work was going to be happening and when I went to reception to ask what was going on the receptionist didn't care at all saying "they have to work". It was 7:30am on a Tuesday morning! No sympathy or understanding from the hotel staff whatsoever. I filled in a complaints form and was told that I'd be called that day by the hotel manager and that we would be refunded for the rooms. It's been more than 2 weeks now and no call from anybody and no refund. When you try and call the hotel there's never any answer. If you need a hotel in Tres Cantos, do not stay here - there are much better hotels nearby. AVOID"

"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel has a private underground parking lot, which was very safe. Otherwise, there's nothing particularly special about it. It's a standard 4-star hotel, a bit far from the city center, so it's best suited for those driving."
