The outside of the building could use some updating but was pleased with the room, pleasant assistance at check in and was grateful for a clean and comfy bed!

AFTER MANY YEARS ... NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT ”DAYS INN TRINIDAD, COLORADO” We booked two rooms, one being the handicap-accessible room... I got bit by spiders at this Days Inn, brought it to the attention of the office (he was great, even gave me sting packets for the numerous bites) the management refuses to acknowledge this, going as far as emailing me to arrogantly deny the fact. Never again will we entertain staying at this Days Inn in Trinidad Colorado. Thanks Pat Farmer Dream Hospitality We have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years now we never imagined we would have to go through an experience such as what we had to go through this last week at the days in Trinidad Colorado hotel. To add salt in the wound .... I received an email calling me a liar (for the most part) and letting me know they were unwilling to do anything about it is a travesty to say the least. Customer service should be a priority obviously it is not at this hotel and I do believe this is a hindrance for Wyndham.... I have the proof I have the pictures I have everything necessary that would have, at least if they were professional, to make a Fair resolution. I believe the fair thing to do is to reimburse me the money that I paid to stay at this hotel with the expectancy of a clean bug free room. Is this really too much to ask ???? I don't think so

Great place! Location doesn’t feel great, by the Highway but it’s actually pretty quiet.

First decent Choice Hotel I’ve stayed in in a while. Check in was super easy and gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. The room smelled musty when we first walked in but the smell disappeared. Room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked well but bed was very hard. Breakfast was decent. No meat and they watered down their juices but did have eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, and breads. Indoor pool looked nice. During checkout I heard an employee at the front desk get into a yelling match with a customer about the air conditioner. Employee was in the wrong but I personally did not have any problems with employees.
