Selected this hotel in Tver, thought everything would be at the top level, as the rating and reviews correspond. They called in advance and discussed the details of the room so that they did not mistake the choice, we were told that they had all recorded and all our wishes would be taken into account. Reality: We arrived , we were given cards from the number when we got up and realized that it was not the number we agreed to. Then we came up with things on the recipe and we were told, “You had no room clarification, we have no marks” ; mm class A do you know what is the most cheerful? We didn't even apologize, did not offer any solution to our problem until I asked myself to show me other similar numbers. Not working elevator, this was warned, but told the baggage to you, yes 😂 nobody even offered! The room was not working with a phone, could not call the recipe, nor the restaurant, talked about 2 days in a row so nothing and didn't fix. They came to the restaurant at 23:15 asking if the kitchen still works and whether it is possible to eat, the waiter said we were up to 23, but we will be fed because we are hotel guests and they usually do not refuse the cook, gave us a menu and held at the table.
