Premier Inn Ulverston ★★★

"Great place to stay. Our experience on the day is that the buffet breakfast is made to order, which defeats the object of a buffet breakfast. So slow to top up the breakfast items and there was only 8-9people in the restaurant. The member of staff tending the tables was fine though. Check in machine is tedious"

Whitewater Spa & Leisure Club ★★★

"A bit far from Windermere town. Limited parking space. Luckily I arrived early and managed to get a parking lot Good full Cumbrian breakfast. Room and bed is ok except that the room heating needs improvement."

The Sun Inn ★★★

"Worst hotel I have stayed in in many a year. Dreadful music in played very late and all the local ****** hanging around threateningly ."

Nordic Suites ★★★

"Fantastic place! - Really impressed with the whole process from booking right through to leaving. Diana was really helpful and friendly. On hand to answer any questions and very informative. The accommodation itself it’s immaculate and the added extras such as tea, coffee, biscuits etc are a really nice touch. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Helsinki Apartment with our two dogs. The beds are huge and really comfy and the living area/kitchen is spacious. As for the location, it’s perfect for walking to all the different pubs and restaurants but also great for getting onto the canal for a walk with the dogs. We visit our family in Ulverston regularly and this will definitely be the first place we check for availability moving forward. "
