The front desk staff were proactive and professional, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, demonstrating a high level of service. The guest rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, meeting the needs of travelers seeking rest. The breakfast selection was outstanding for a hotel of this class, offering not only common hot dishes but also two types of sausages, English muffins with gravy, and a variety of yogurts—a balanced and consistently high-quality selection. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers making a stopover or short trip. The only drawback was the noisy air conditioning."

"Best western Pendleton is a place out of the town with few amenities near this location!! The facility is clean and the rooms have a good size!! I’m looking forward to the breakfast tomorrow the menu looks great should fill up the gang good for the trip ahead of us!!!"

"The hotel looks pretty good from the outside, with a British style. However, the facilities inside are a bit old. The water in the swimming pool looks turbid, and the main road is visible from the room window (too close, it feels like living on the side of the road). Compared with other hotels of the same grade, the breakfast is a bit too simple. The price-performance ratio is not high. The only advantage is that there is a supermarket and gas station near the hotel."
