The facilities were well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the resort was excellent. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped, and fresh towels were always available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this resort for families with children."

"English: I have actually never been to this hotel, because I couldn't get there!! I had booked my room for January 5-7 with the HalalBooking portal, a partner of *******, on October 23 and it was confirmed. A few days before my arrival, I was sent an email telling me that it was not possible to have the booked and confirmed room, because the hotel was undergoing maintenance. On the various booking portals, however, the hotel was normally open and bookable, only at prices much higher than the one I paid in October!! HalalBooking and ******* didn't worry about it, except by offering a cover in a town 150km from where the Hotel Sweet Land is located. Crazy!! I then independently booked a room in another hotel in the same city, sending much more than I would have spent with my October booking at the Hotel Sweet Land (I will now sue to obtain compensation for this higher cost) and out of curiosity I went to see the Hotel Sweet Land which was normally open and with customers. So, they just resold my booked and confirmed room, at higher prices. Dishonest!! I am surprised that international hotel booking portals still have commercial relations with these charlatans. Advice: do not go to this Hotel and do not book it, you will never be sure that they will give you the room!!"

"Over the causeway to Shura Island in one of the Red Sea Resort limos and as you pass the turquoise sea and take the beautiful drive up to the Intercontinental Hotel you are met with a wonderful welcome. This Fantasy Island Resort has a chilled out vibe and is spectacular in scale. The team are attentive and knowledgeable and their cakes are works of art designed to show the beauty and colours of the area. This was explained to me by one of the team in the lobby area. The Moroccan themed restaurant serves delicious food and the Manager and team are so friendly. The Rest Rooms are first class."
