"Very good hot spring hotel! The whole hotel is very clean, the room is large and comfortable, and there are two washbasins which is very convenient. To get to the hot spring, you have to go through the sky bridge to the opposite building. The hot spring water is very hot, but unfortunately the open-air bath is not really open-air because there are buildings around it, so the open-air area is blocked and you can only feel the cold air outside. The food for one night and two meals is very rich and the portions are super large. This spa hotel is great, the staff are friendly and polite, nothing bad to say!"

"I used this hotel for an overnight stay after a mountain climb. It's close to the station, clean, has spacious rooms, and is inexpensive if you book early. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Only smoking rooms were available, but there was no unpleasant smell. My impression of Koide has improved significantly. I would like to stay here again."
