In contrast, the service is utterly unremarkable and bland. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, no one seems to feel like a service worker; they're more like office workers forced to clock in and out. They answer questions, but don't ask; they're sparing with words, offering nothing of note. It's more like, "You're a customer, so what? I'm just here to experience life." For a mid-to-high-end guesthouse with such ambitious decor, the staff's service should obviously be much better."

"My girlfriend went skiing and wanted to rest a bit before heading back to the city. I saw this place offered hourly rates and booked it right away – what a pleasant surprise! The room was really cozy, with a smart toilet and a high-tech water heater. They even provided a direct drinking water dispenser; the owner is incredibly thoughtful! Besides underfloor heating, there was also an electric heater, and they even considered us southerners who are afraid of dry air by providing a humidifier in the room! There's a botanical garden cafe on the second floor that's perfect for sunbathing. The fresh-squeezed juice was delicious, and the desserts were great too. I'd love to come back and stay for a few days if I get the chance!"
