"We had a terrible experience. Our flat was connected with the one next door through a thin locked door which obviously didn’t make the room sound proof. 2/3 neighbours were really noisy during the night so we ended up not sleeping for 5 nights out of 8… not ideal when you are on holiday. Immediately after the first noisy night we reported the issue to the reception who recommended we asked the neighbours to keep noise to a minimum.. obviously not ideal but we’ve been accommodating and have done so.. until we had to keep asking neighbours to be quiet for 3 nights in a row and received the most arrogant answers at 1am and 3am… we were sleepless and really stressed. In the property there is no indication on who to contact for these problems during the night. We phoned and texted the number we had but had no answer until the morning. The following morning we asked the management to take actions but got told that since they were not present they couldn’t do anything. We demanded a refund which was refused by the property owner. They instead offered us free nights later on during the low season.. not really fixing our problem of the ruined holiday. I also fell ill as a result of all this stress so we ended up shortening our holiday and leaving early."

"The building has a great view, but unfortunately, the interior isn't as beautiful: the ground-floor rooms have dirt and a lot of dust under the beds, as well as the chandelier. When we arrived, the dining room smelled disgusting. Some rooms also have bidets without faucets in the bathrooms, which are very inconvenient and difficult to use. The showers without side closures make the bathrooms very prone to flooding, and the lack of windows allows humidity to spread throughout the room. It was also full of flies."
