"The room was full of pads, the light was down quite and the air shut off did not work well and did not solve, as well as the person who allegedly went up to solve nothing and beyond that took air conditioning control. The only service that was well-founded was the restaurant that I don't provide Mrs. Maria Helena. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is really not recommendable, I will not return if it is by ARL SECURITY BOLÍVAR I will send the comments and photos so that they won't host us again here."

"The staff is super friendly, but the rooms are incredibly dark, with no fresh air. They have such a beautiful location, and the rooms either have a small window or a window against a wall. We (a family with 3 kids) were given a room where the AC didn't work, the bathroom had a leak, and the beds were missing sheets. We mentioned this and were given another room and blankets!! That other room was nice, dark as I said, and the bathroom with the bathtub was just old, broken, and dirty. Breakfast is not American as advertised."
