The service was great and the room was very clean and nice. Refrigerator, microwave, tv, and hair dryer all in great working condition and clean. The morning breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot and cold foods. I am really glad I found this place. I didn't use the pool but saw several families using it and it looked great too.

We stayed for five days at Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West during the December holidays to be near family. The staff were friendly and helpful, always having coffee, tea and hot chocolate available adjacent to the front desk. The pool was very family friendly which we enjoyed with younger family members. Our room on the fifth floor was spacious and we enjoyed their good complimentary breakfast every day we were there. Several high school sports teams were staying there but it was quiet throughout the halls.. Highly recommend.

Heidi and Michelle were fantastic; Tru was clean, vibrant, modern and well worth the $$$. Room was perfect though water pressure was a bit low in the shower. will definitely go back the next time i'm in town. Breakfast was warm and varied. Wifi worked well. free waters in the lobby, too, Trul-y a great experience.

Excellent stay. Room was spacious and well cleaned. All amenities that one would expect, as well as a choice of three options made cooked-to-order for hot breakfast in the morning. The location is a few miles away from central Madison, but it is located near the main roads leading there. All in all, a great option if in the Madison area.

Visited Verona on Business and had a fantastic experience! The room was exceptionally clean room and friendly, accommodating Staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely choose Country Inn and Suites by Radisson for additional travel.

Don't look at it if you don't want to save money. I set 2 people with a two-bed and the room was not big. I thought it would be very noisy on the side of the road and it was quiet after closing the window. Very friendly, check-out did not check, check-in did not collect a deposit.
