"So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because "we're not at home," but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!"

I was attending a conference in Villach and the conference center is a 3-minute walk away - the train station is a 6-minute walk - the room was clean, although the bathroom could have been a little better (minor things that are only noticeable upon close inspection) - regarding parking, there are a few garages nearby (for a fee) - all in all, I was very satisfied and the price-performance ratio was also excellent."
