"Normally we love this restaurant. We have been numerous times. This time the service was subpar. We asked for water when we ordered our drinks and none were ever brought. Then we were given two menus the regular and the specials. We decided on an appetizer from the special menu and when the server came and we gave her our order, we were told that only one thing on that special menu was still available not what we ordered. We opted for the poutine instead to split since we were getting fries for an appetizer. We both got sandwiches with side salad. With an up charge. After waiting a very long time our entrees came out. I notified the runner that we had ordered an appetizer as well, and the waitress came over and seemed surprised. We opted out of the appetizer at that point because our entrées were already there, I had finished my drink and the waitress came over and grabbed my glass without asking if I wanted another, I needed to ask for that specifically. When she came back with my drink, she took my daughter’s half drink, glass of soda without asking, and before we could stop her, she was gone. The manager came over and offered us a free dessert due to the fact that we never received our entrée, we politely declined, and nothing more was offered. Not to mention, my medium burger was pretty much rare. I normally love coming here to eat, but lately the service has been subpar"

"The rooms are a 2 star, basic in need up updates. I stayed at the property for a wedding event for two night. It's not a place I would stay if I were simply going for skiing. But if you stay here for a wedding event for a couple of nights, that it's basic. The breakfast in the morning is the star. If you are looking for a great wedding venue with excellent food and event space, then you'll be happy. It is a bit out of the way, which may/may not impact your selection."
