"No welcome, very small old room, uncomfortable queen bed, the chair in the room was sagged. You could not open the windows. Noisy in the night. We paid USD 236 for 1 night during the fall peak. It was definitely not worth it. Very cheeky waitress in the restaurant, who forced us to pay 20% tip while she was not working properly. She didn't bring our food and she forgot our order two times ans she told all her co workers that we refused to pay 20% extra while we could hear it. After complaining we got 54 USD complaint discount. We answered that we were not satisfied with this amount, but up till now there was no reaction of the manager towards us. It's a shame."

"The rooms are a 2 star, basic in need up updates. I stayed at the property for a wedding event for two night. It's not a place I would stay if I were simply going for skiing. But if you stay here for a wedding event for a couple of nights, that it's basic. The breakfast in the morning is the star. If you are looking for a great wedding venue with excellent food and event space, then you'll be happy. It is a bit out of the way, which may/may not impact your selection."
