"NEVER AGAIN - simple as that, I have gotten into some Royal Palaces with less security that getting to here. The people on your gates are rude, and ignore you when you talk to them, being disabled having disabled space near to where we would be staying is a NORMAL thing, that every hotel in the world seems to offer, not here, once we got past two lots of security, we were then shouted at by some woman that told us to park in a spot, that was literally only inches away from cars either side, I had to get out before my better half parked, and they struggled to get out - If our car was damaged we would be suing the hotel, but thankfully both cars were still there when we left. We asked for directions on where to go to "reception" and that woman, just shook her head and walked away, we asked about disabled parking, and she just looked at us, Sorry, but if your staff do not even have a small grasp on the English language, then they should not be there, we heard other people complaining whilst there. We eventually after about 30 minutes found where to "book in" and surprise surprise, the lady there could not speak English, but she had a new member of staff, or thats what he told us, that could. We asked about our room and if it were a disabled room, they both just looked at us blankly. He just went to give us the key, then said he would take us, we ended up walking back last where we had parked and he unlocked, eventually the outside door, and we had to walk down a couple of steps which were right inside, with no advance warning, the door to our room opened outwards, and once inside, we regretted staying here. It was a cold, damp feeling room, the shower was tiny and required a step up to get in, there was a fridge, which was helpful to keep my medication in, but that was about it, old tired furniture, a bed that felt cold and damp, considering that Europe was having some of the hottest temperatures ever in many countries, this room was shockingly rubbish - and 100% not disabled friendly, in fact none of the place was, the fact that we were in a room right by the front door and it was bang bang BANG every ten minutes as people came in and out, there was no sound deadening on it. We were situated above the restaurant, and it was rather smelly and loud, into the evening, we hated this place, one of only two hotels we have ever said that about, it was compounded by the rubbish breakfast, very little of everything, with some things, whatever they were run out, and no attempt to refill them, thankfully for us we were only staying here for ONE night, but that was ONE night too many. We chose this place because of the history of the buildings and the tunnels, as well as the main castle, but having to go through multiple security, then being ignored, multiple times, having a non disabled friendly room, when we asked for it, and then the room we did get being so ancient, cold, damp and not at all suitable, we will never stay here again, and if asked, we w"

"We spent 2 night at Palac Jugowice - very charming hotel close to Grodno castle and Ksiaz Castle. Management was amazing, we were even offered to be taken to the summit of Wielka Sowa and it was really great hiking experience. Food at the Bystra Restaurant was very nice and beautifully served."

"Hotel Zamkowy at Książ Castle is in a truly breathtaking location. Staying right next to such a beautiful and historic castle made the experience very special. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and the cleaning standard was also good throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi internet was not very reliable, and the bed was not very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in an amazing location, with a few areas that could be improved"
