"Information about this hotel is intentionally misleading. 1) it states it’s located 131 feet from the castle, which is a lie. It’s about 300m away amongst 3 other hotels. Some of the rooms are in the very back of the complex with no views to speak of. 2) if you’re not used to the lack of amenities of a traditional European hotel, like I wasn’t, then I’d advise not to stay here. There’s no fundamental amenities like AC, shampoo or conditioner. 3) the furnishing of hotel rooms looks ok in the photos, and the description made it sound very upscale. It is not. All furnishing is very cheap and not even very clean. I regretted staying at this hotel 100% and currently seeking a full refund."

"Our stay at Dworek Adamski was simply great. The hotel has a very special charm - it feels like you are staying in a traditional Polish manor house. The historic architecture and the lovingly furnished rooms create a warm, cozy atmosphere that we immediately liked. The location is perfect, quiet and idyllic, but still not far from the sights of Wałbrzych. The famous Książ Castle in particular is nearby and definitely worth a visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on hospitality. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after during our stay. The breakfast was also excellent - plentiful, fresh and with regional products"

"We spent 2 night at Palac Jugowice - very charming hotel close to Grodno castle and Ksiaz Castle. Management was amazing, we were even offered to be taken to the summit of Wielka Sowa and it was really great hiking experience. Food at the Bystra Restaurant was very nice and beautifully served."

"Hotel Zamkowy at Książ Castle is in a truly breathtaking location. Staying right next to such a beautiful and historic castle made the experience very special. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and the cleaning standard was also good throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi internet was not very reliable, and the bed was not very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in an amazing location, with a few areas that could be improved"

"We had booked a long weekend at Dworek Adamski. We were given a very friendly and warm welcome when we arrived. The owners are very polite and friendly, and are keen to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The guest house is lovingly furnished with antique furniture, including in the individual rooms. We slept wonderfully and the breakfast was also very good. There is something for every taste, and if not, you are welcome to express a wish. We felt completely at home and would be happy to come back."

"Fabulous, staff are amazing, hotel is spotless, very comfy beds, gorgeous location. My husband and I travelled from UK to Finland via Poland in an electric car and trust me when I say we stayed in plenty of hotels including a few Radisson Blu and Tree Top Hilton, which were extremely lovely, but the hotel Palac Jugowice was our favourite and the cheapest hotel we stayed in on our trip. The only thing that let it down it was not disabled friendly and my husband struggled with the stairs up to the hotel reception and steps to the dining area. We arrived around 8.30pm and our sat nav took us up into the mountains on a very windy trail, a bit scary at times in the dark, we did think Lurch from the Adams Family would greet us at the hotel because the drive was very creepy but no this hotel is a must stay. We only stayed one night but would love to stay there for a week (if it was disabled friendly) because there are so many beautiful places to visit within the surrounding area. Thank you hotel Palac Jugowice for a truly amazing stop over. Eva"
