"We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with a group of friends and our dogs. Upon arrival, there was a water and food bowl, including wet food and treats, waiting for the dogs. There was also a dog mat, which was great! The room itself is large, including a small kitchenette and a refrigerator, which is very nice! The bathroom is good with a nice shower. The beds are a bit firm in my opinion. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of variety."

"The hotel is located quite centrally opposite a rehabilitation clinic. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the hotel is nice overall. The service is very good in advance. For example, a parking space was reserved that was well suited to wider vehicles. As we were booked elsewhere, we unfortunately didn't have time for the wellness area, but the restaurant is good, even if the employees arguing in front of the kitchen provided some unintentional entertainment ("You just don't respect me..."). The breakfast buffet is very good, I've rarely seen such a selection of milk variants. I'd be happy to go back!"

"The hotel is very modern, but unfortunately the service is abysmal, and the reception is truly awful. We've been Best Western customers for a long time and have stayed at the Best Western Brauhaus many times. Unfortunately, it's no comparison and simply bad! More like a hostel than a hotel. Our rooms weren't even prepared, let alone clean. Please work on your service; Best Western is supposed to be different."

"Great stay, our family room was clean and nice. Spa and pool also nice. Early in the morning with little children was fine. Location near village center. Parking in the back site of hotel is free. We went skiing in Willingen from here. (40min drive)"

"During bike week stayed 3 nochtans with friends, friendly personal, good breakfast, and barlady Bärbel was walking like crazy with drinks but served absolute great, best of all! Walking wat to partyzone only 10 minutes and enough partyspots in Willingen"

Sauerland Stern Hotel

"Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not what we expected. Our friends room was also a family room and not made up . He had to go down to reception 2 imes over various issues. I can't recommend this hotel and I would suggest you cook elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because the view was ok and there's free parking. We also got a little welcome gift of cards and some dice which was a nice touch."
