Welcome Hotel Bad Arolsen ★★★★
"Had a very pleasant stay in Bad Arolsen. Friendly welcome at reception. We were an hour early but that was no problem at all. Good room, and the wellness area and pool were excellent. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back again. Thank you ☺️"
Best Western Plus Hotel Willingen ★★★★
"Top Hotel, great location, everything okay... the only thing really missed was air conditioning. What really was due to the weather. And a minibar on the room. Otherwise top"
Hotel Montana ★★★
"Good location,nice rooms and food"
Hotel Hochsauerland 2010 ★★★★
"During bike week stayed 3 nochtans with friends, friendly personal, good breakfast, and barlady Bärbel was walking like crazy with drinks but served absolute great, best of all! Walking wat to partyzone only 10 minutes and enough partyspots in Willingen"
Göbel`s Hotel Quellenhof ★★★★
"Loved our little getaway here during our roadtrip from Denmark to the Bavarian Alps. Most people who stay there are quite old, but charming nonetheless. Wpuld definitely go again!"
Maritim Hotel Bad Wildungen ★★★★
"Very well equipped Good bathroom hotel Super location Extraordinary good breakfast"
Hotel am Dalwigker Tor ★★★
Berghotel Waidmannsheil ★★
"We've been here 38 years ago for the first time and many times after. The hotel has been taken over by Annet and Hugo, which unfortunately did not give me the opportunity to exercise my duolingo-acquired knowledge of German. But fortunately there were enough other guests. It is very clean, but the pleasant atmosphere remained the same, the beds, rooms and shower excellent and the meals well-cared."
B&B HOTEL Willingen ★★★
"I find it appalling that hotel guests have to pay €10 per day for the hotel's parking lot. I've never experienced anything like it, and it gives the impression that they're trying to squeeze every last penny out of their guests. Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. We specifically booked the family room, but even in that room, you can barely move around."

Landhaus Vesper
Sauerland Stern Hotel
"Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not what we expected. Our friends room was also a family room and not made up . He had to go down to reception 2 imes over various issues. I can't recommend this hotel and I would suggest you cook elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because the view was ok and there's free parking. We also got a little welcome gift of cards and some dice which was a nice touch."
Hotel Luisen Mühle
"Friendlyness and courtesy and professionalism also set new standards. Eating is more than just a good-civil kitchen, here there are also special home-own delicious creations at absolutely fair prices. To do this a heated swimming pool. Where is that? There seems to be really great harmony between hosts and staff, everyone makes their job very nice and are friendly. At least this is my perception as a guest. My name is Torsten Fischer and after more than 20 nights I can allow this judgment. Also the Christmas decoration is really tasty and beautiful I wish everyone in the Luisen - effort - team all good and a happy Christmas. Just keep going like this. Here I'm guest, here I feel comfortable. Thanks ...iI'm happy to come back."
Bio-Hotel Upländer Hof
Hotel Hochheide
Vis á Vis Parkhotel
"Disappointing experience in this hotel, regretfully. I booked an apartment, presented as a space accommodating 3-5 people. Actually it was for 2 people and a small child, as the coach was not extendable. Additionally, the bed for the child was in a space not suitable for sleeping or living, less than 4 sqm, with no natural light and a window opening next to a wall, absolutely impossible to get air in and claustrophobic. I asked for another option to no avail, although the hotel was almost empty. On our way to the hotel we got a message saying that they do not serve dinner the next day - to be correct, they offered us the possibility to cancel for free, however our plans were already made and we were on our way. It should have been mentioned on the booking page… Furniture old, well maintained but somehow creepy, with part of the dressing above the night table and next to the bed (I was constantly afraid that I could knock my head when getting up. Bed was not comfortable, and pillows even less. Not the standard of a 4star hotel - for instance not possible to make coffee or tea in the room. The hotel borrowed us a kettle, - but I was shocked to find out at the check out that I had actually to pay the 5 eur for loaning the kettle! The people were nice, doing their job. Food was ok, many options, but at times either too salty or not salty enough. We waited more than 30 min for fried eggs and omelette, and we had to remind the waiter about our order - albeit we were the only clients in the restaurant. Will not go back!"

Hotel Freund - Privathotels Dr Lohbeck
"We (my hubby and my mom) stayed the last 2 weeks in May in this hotel. I had booked it because I needed an indoor swimming pool for my mom which is her highlight of the year. We loved our stay. The rooms (1 double 1 single) were clean, nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. Swimmingpool was great and we had the chance on 3 days to also use the Saunas which we loved. We did not book the half board as I prefer to try different restaurants and cuisines rather than eating at the same place all the time. We ended up eating a la carte at the hotel quite often. The food was good with the exception of 1 dish on 1 day. The hotel is very quiet and the surrounding invites to hiking tours which we did. The staff is lovely and helpful. Be prepared there is nothing in the village or close by in case you want shops or restaurants or discos etc. It is in the middle of nowhere so to speak. But shops or other restaurants or smaller cities are just 20-30min away and so is the Edersee in case you want to take a boat ride. If you have a car there is plenty to explore. I would love to come back one day to enjoy and join the yoga and horseback riding. This time the vacation was solely for my mom and to spend quality time with her and walking in fresh air in nature."
Pension Robin Hood
Pension Gockels-Auszeit
"In the entrance area you are received with a modest smell. The building has a constructional problem. Our room had yellow tape with water sticks in every corner of the roof. Then you tried to fix the wet corners with acrylic. The roller belts were defect, the tape was old, and the entire furniture. The owner showed up unclear about these problems."
