This simply cozy studio looks out upon a hay field visited daily by deer and other wildlife. We let nature take its course here, plants and wildlife run free. The covered patio is a perfect place to relax, unwind and watch the geese land in the reservoir. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee machine. This is an open area studio, there is not a separate bedroom. This 4+ acre hay-farm property is bordered on 2 sides by the reservoir. We are within walking distance (about a mile) to two vineyards, and just a few minutes drive to downtown restaurants, shops and Choate campus. The main house is about 25 feet from the studio. No-cost early check-in and late check-out is available much of the time, just ask.
