"I chose it mainly because it is close to a US high school, so it is very convenient to pick up and drop off my kids. It takes about ten minutes to get to Yale University by Uber. There is a small kitchen, so you can cook noodles yourself. But there is always a smell when you open the door of the room, but you get used to it after staying in for a while. Overall it is OK, much cheaper than hotels in Boston"

Fairfield Inn & Suites Wallingford New Haven

"Nice hotel, beds very comfy. Breakfast was great, nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee. Brandon at the front desk was so pleasant and professional. Shout out to him. The only negative comment is the toilets. They are clearly child size/height. Could be replaced with 'Comfort height' toilets. Being tall, those low toilets are brutal. Toilets are cheap!"

Courtyard New Haven Wallingford

"The hotel is quiet, and the rooms either open out to a courtyard or a balcony, which is great. The bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast is still served at Starbucks, just like other hotels in this chain."
