I was born and raised in the Warren/Niles area and had no idea this gem was here until I recently had to stay there after moving out of town. I am so proud that we have this beautiful hotel in my hometown! This is by far, the best hotel that I know of in the entire area. You know before you even walk in the doors and see the detail of the fountain out front that they have paid attention to the details here. The service was very professional and kind. The room was huge with a separate bedroom almost like an apartment. But what dropped my jaw was the garden and waterfall behind the hotel. We had breakfast outside and enjoyed listening to the flowing water and watching the kids delight in the fish feeding in the pond. You totally forget you are in the middle of a suburban midwestern town when you are sitting in this naturally beautiful oasis. And the jacuzzi was built with all windows and extends beyond the hotel walls so you can enjoy that beauty while relaxing in the warm waters. I was surprised to learn it's been here for many years but the management is maintaining the property in great shape. If you're traveling and even if you're local but want a special evening away from home, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Well done Holiday Inn!

Not far from the I80 highway, it is convenient

I stayed at this hotel in early Nov 2022. This was by far the cleanest and best kept hotel I have ever stayed in. There was nothing wrong in the room, not even a scuff on the wall. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to the area. We only stayed one night but everything was great.

Stayed here on our way back home. Right off 80 toll way / Ohio turn pike. This property has been updated with nice fixtures, new carpet, etc. Our room was very cozy, bed was good. Plenty of clean towels, soap and shower gel. We arrived late in the evening and the front lobby seemed cold but that was because it was lit with fluorescent lights and blue and white paint. Marcus checked us in and was very helpful. Cons: there are no other eateries around this place. The neighborhood is light industrial. The property is next to turn like so it was noisy but not intolerable. Room keys did take a few inserts to get open. Pro: breakfast was good and very clean. Rooms are updated and clean. Lots of outlets for chargers and accent lighting on headboard. Good place to overnight .

Hotel was clearly clean. The housekeeper was friendly and was willing to answered to my needs. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was understanding and was helpful. I recommend people staying here.

Don't let the fact that this hotel is geared for more long-term stays keep you from spending just a couple of nights. If you like big, comfortable rooms, with a full kitchen, and even utensils, (and detergent for your dish washer, yes it has a dish washer) then if you get a chance to stay you should. The hotel is one of the cleanest, freshest, and most-welcoming I have stayed at in ages. The staff seem genuinely happy to see and host you. The lobby is a quick glimpse of the hospitality to come, with great places to lounge and gather, and should the weather agree an outside fire pit adds to the feel. Then to be offered a great, real, full choice of a hot breakfast as included, and your day, no matter what is planned will start out right. I was only there for two nights, and I love the fact that when I left, I had a 'wish I could stay longer' (or live there) feeling.
