"The room was renovated recently and was clean. The bedspread was basically a sheet and there was nothing extra in the room. The bathroom did not get renovated when the room was done. It definitely needs some work. There were no hangers and no iron and ironing board in the room. They advertise that they have breakfast but what they have a small amount of dry cereal and a little bit of milk. When we asked for more they got upset. The only coffee is in the lobby by the so called breakfast. We had to ask for the WiFi password and it seemed like that was in unusual request. They tried to call the room with the password but the phone wouldn’t work so they came to the room with it. This isn’t the worst room but I would never recommend it."

"I've stayed here before, but this visit was one of the worst. I had to use my air freshener to spray all over the room. The room deodorizer was so overwhelming. The bed was comfortable, but when I woke up the next day, I found several bits of bed bugs on my face, neck, and wrists. I even found one on my mediset box where the TV was. When I was checking out to tell them, no one was at the desk - even after I rang the "bell" twice. I just left. I will never stay here again!"
