"The alarm was faulty and went off and could not be shut off. It woke us at nearly midnight and we were evacuated to the lobby until the fire department arrived and checked it out and allowed us back to our room but the alarm still was ringing until 2am! The pool was unavailable and the workout room as well. Had a great meal and would have enjoyed the experience had it not been for the fire alarm. "

"This recent stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor lingering in the air. It felt less like a temporary smell left by a previous guest and more like a deep-seated odor embedded within the room itself. I usually look forward to a premium and comfortable experience when staying at a Marriott property. However, having to spend the night with such a persistent, stale odor—whether due to lack of proper ventilation or the room itself—was not a pleasant experience. It was a rather disappointing stay that did not live up to the standard I expected."
