"Clean, Comfortable… and Home to the Grumpiest waiting staff in Poland. Our group of eight arrived at Hotel Bielany after a five-hour drive, looking forward to a beer, some food and a bit of warmth. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and the food perfectly acceptable. Sadly, the hospitality stopped there. Enter the barman — a 50-something gentleman who appears to have taken a solemn vow never to smile, speak pleasantly, or serve a drink in under half an hour. With only four other guests in the entire dining room, it still took three requests and roughly thirty minutes for our first round to appear. Any attempt to order at the bar was met with a glare, growl and a hand wave that suggested we’d interrupted something sacred — namely, his meal, his phone, or his general state of irritation. The whole experience had a certain Fawlty Towers charm, minus the humour and plus a man seemingly auditioning for “Most Miserable Employee of the Year.” In short: a clean, comfy hotel with decent food ( when it eventually comes) — provided you can overlook the bar being run by someone who clearly wishes the world would leave him to his world of misery in peace. A one man mission to spoil as many guests experiences as possible."

"Very enjoyed, I will always stay here. Nicely decorated room. Big parking. Near the route. A delicious breakfast. Can come at night. I asked for a teapot on the registration counter, there was no one teapot in the room."

"It is a beautiful, very clean place to stay. The area is breathtaking. Ideal for short or long walks. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and it didn’t take long to be served. Just one thing- if you need a hairdryer, ask at the reception "

"I was surprised that there was a hollow part on the floor of the hotel room 7. You have to fill that part."
