"The room was very old, the door creaked when opening and closing, the toilet door stop was broken, the bed was uneven and very hard. The white towels were washed gray and had raw edges. They are all so old, so I might as well replace them. The shower head couldn't be fixed and the room smelled bad. The toilet light is broken. I took a shower with my mobile phone light on. There was no service. I accidentally locked the door when I went out without bringing my room card. I asked the front desk for my room card. I have to go back and wait for someone to open it. Wearing slippers and waiting for more than ten minutes, no one came. I went to the front desk a second time and reluctantly asked for a temporary room card. Let’s just say that the room rate of nearly 400 per night is already the most expensive in Wugang, but the facilities and services are completely non-existent. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I know you are a state-owned enterprise, so if you don’t need money, please improve your facilities and services. Don’t embarrass the state-owned enterprise!"
