"Arrived at the hotel around 1 AM for check-in after traveling back from Xiji that evening. The hygiene was appalling. The room reeked of a fishy smell and stale cigarette smoke, which was overpowering. There were urine stains on the toilet, and when I flipped over the duvet cover, I found hair. This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my entire trip; the cleanliness was simply beyond words. Plus, the soundproofing was terrible; it was so noisy and loud, making for a truly awful experience 👎. It's a far cry from a chain hotel. I'd advise everyone to think twice before booking here!"
