Cleaner came in and threw away cardboard boxes with very expensive stuff in them. $1000 loss and five days wasted to produce custom parts she threw away. Hotel refused to compensate. After a week of discussions and trip.com intervention, they gave two extra nights in the room as their idea of compensation. Terrible experience and of course never going back there again."
