"Navigating by car was easy, and there's parking available both in front and behind the hotel. The room was well-equipped with smart features, including a humidifier. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help – truly fantastic. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, especially Brothers Barbecue, which was outstanding. Several attractions are within walking distance, making my trip to Wuwei very enjoyable. The only minor drawback was a slight odor in our room."

"We decided to stay in Wuwei at the last minute, so hotel brand wasn't an issue; Hilton was our first choice. We booked a Hilton in Lanzhou on the first day of our trip, and another in Zhangye on the second. We were originally planning to return directly on Friday, but due to heavy snow blocking the roads, we had to decide to stay in Wuwei for one night. After successfully booking, the receptionist, Xiao Xu, called immediately to check on us. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM, and she was very kind to wait for us. Moreover, upon check-in, all three rooms were upgraded, which was great. The frustration of the snow-blocked roads was instantly swept away by the Hilton – fantastic! The room temperature was just right, and the bedding was very comfortable. All three rooms were on the same floor. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and when I mentioned I wanted to take a coffee with me, a staff member proactively made it for me. Very thoughtful. I will definitely choose this Hilton again next time I'm in Wuwei."

"The location is very good and there are many attractions nearby. The most important thing is that the front desk lady is very caring and the service is very thoughtful. I forgot to ask her name. The room I booked is on the side of the road, and it will be awkward during the day. Miss sister helped arrange it on the higher floor. After going to the Binggou River, I came back wet, and Miss Sister also gave me a place to change clothes, poured hot tea for me, and asked me to dry clothes with a dryer. The hotel and room environment are comfortable and like this simple decoration style. Because I have checked out, I can't take a photo of the room."

"Ambience: The room was spacious, the view was great, and the atmosphere was high-end. Amenities: There was no drying area in the room, which was related to the hotel's original renovation. Consider adding a clothes drying rack. Also, there was no ironing board, iron, or scale. These are generally available in five-star hotels, but they could be added. Service: The weather was cold, and the air conditioner wasn't on warm, so the hotel provided a heater. Thank you very much. Breakfast: The breakfast was very rich, exceeding my expectations and well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again."

"Choosing this hotel in Wuwei was a great decision. First off, the service is absolutely fantastic; they go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Secondly, the rooms are quite clean and very spacious, with wide and bright floor-to-ceiling windows that offer excellent views, creating a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. "It is a very good hotel in Wuwei, the room is comfortable, the view from the balcony is also very good, and the service is also good. I stayed on the eighth floor on the first night. The next day, I was informed that there was a circuit failure on the eighth floor and I was moved to the seventh floor. The room door lock could not be locked. After calling, the service staff quickly arrived and repaired the door lock. The lobby on the first floor was empty, but there were only three sofas in a small corner. It was very uncomfortable to wait, sit, and rest."

"The hotel is close to the highway, with free ground and underground parking. Surrounded by public transportation hotels and office buildings, the environment is quiet. The front desk is fast. The twin room is relatively large, new hotel, very clean. The lighting is good, you can read. The shower water is also very strong (the spray on the head is the strongest). The room is also well soundproofed. The breakfast room is very large and clean. I recommend the beef ramen made by the chef. The ordering robot and the takeaway boy can deliver to the door of the room. The only thing I suggest to improve is the TV: the sound is artificially adjusted too low, basically inaudible, we are too lazy to bother the waiter, so we just endured it, and there was no signal for more than an hour in the middle. Overall, it is a very good hotel."
