"There is a direct bus to hotel from airport and a bus stop at 10 mins away from hotel back to airport. The walls have no stains which is nice and the bathroom is clean and tidy but the bed linen has quite a lot of stains. Some dust also appeared on the pillow and it is actually hard to spot them because of the dim lighting. The water pump is also working fine. The staff are super friendly when I forgot to bring a plug and realised that there is no USB charge spot."

"Bedroom and bathroom was generally unclean with cob webs everywhere. The bathroom and toilet smelled of sewage. The shower pressure was very poor. Sound insulation very poor with overhead aircraft noise. The beds were comfortable as usual and breakfast was good."

"We have stopped at this hotel for many years, always been the ideal spot for a bite to eat, a beer and a comfy sleep before an early morning flight. Sad to say we were really disappointed this time, corridor down near our room stank of fish, bar/restaurant area stripped, TV gone and looked manky…possibly starting renovation/demolition? One poor girl having to serve the bar and wait on tables…bless her she was trying so hard. Saw an enormous rat having its tea in the bin near the outside seating area. We chose to walk 5 minutes round the corner to the Flying Horse, lovely food, yummy drinks…actually had a TV showing the World Cup….such a fab atmosphere. Beware…parking at this Premier Inn is restricted…don’t park in a numbered bay, you will be fined as they are reserved for the council. Few cars did have yellow tickets unfortunately."
