"Environment 🩷: Right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, it's quiet despite being in a bustling area. I initially worried a windowless room would feel cramped, but my concerns were unfounded after checking in. It actually prevented the noise from the pedestrian street from disturbing me, and the projector TV was clear too! There are delicious skewers and satay noodles in the alley nearby, offering plenty of late-night snack options!
Service ❤️: Everyone was great, from the young lady who showed us to our room upon check-in to the gentleman who helped us check the TV remote during our stay and retrieved our luggage when we checked out. We accidentally overslept, and they even arranged for a late check-out.
Cleanliness 💚: Clean, and the auntie was very thoughtful, even providing extra bottled water. The common areas are also excellent. I used the self-service washing machine, which was very popular and required a wait.
Facilities 💛: For this price, the smart toilet and hairdryer are excellent, and the shower water pressure is also fantastic.
In reality, I was so busy exploring every day that I spent very little time in the room, but my stay was incredibly comfortable. It's definitely a place I would choose again when I return!"

I chose Seven Heavens for its convenience over the ambiance, but this time, I was truly disappointed.
1. During check-in, I overheard them mentioning tea and a hot towel, but even after ten minutes of finishing my check-in, nothing was brought out (I really needed a towel at that moment, but whatever).
2. When I entered the restaurant in the morning, it was for breakfast, not to see angry faces from the staff. Is it really that hard to work in the morning? Two or three servers were all scowling and spoke very rudely. Their attitudes only improved closer to the end of breakfast.
This negative experience was completely unexpected. Bad day.

MM250865****We spent 5 days in Xiamen, staying exclusively at Artyard Inn. Each day, we'd go out and explore, and we truly couldn't find a better place to stay.
**I. Location**
Superb. It's an easy walk to Xiamen University, the Twin Towers (Yanwu Bridge), Nanputuo Temple, and the Botanical Garden. Even Huandao Road is just a short taxi ride away. What's even better is its hilltop location, which means absolute peace and quiet, plus a huge courtyard that gives it a true resort feel. In contrast, many guesthouses and hotels on the main street are small and old. We did extensive research before choosing Artyard Inn, as ensuring a good rest for my family, which included both young children and seniors, was our top priority.
**II. Ambiance**
1. Superb. Opened in 2025, the design boasts a delightful Southern French flair, featuring bright hues and an overall clean, tidy, and luminous ambiance. The interior landscaping is truly romantic and makes for excellent photos. Later, chatting with the owner, I discovered how she brilliantly channeled her talent for creating and managing beautiful spaces into the inn. The way the light and shadows shift throughout the day constantly inspires you to take pictures; it's incredibly Instagrammable.
2. The rooms are spacious. From our room, we could see the orange roofs of Xiamen University and the distant sea. At night, the peaceful chimes from Nanputuo Temple could be heard. With a generously sized bathroom, the overall comfort level was excellent.
3. The cafe (which doubles as a restaurant) is incredibly cozy. I loved spending time there, leafing through the owner's curated book collection. Sometimes, upon returning in the evening, we'd even catch a movie being projected, which truly enhanced the holiday atmosphere.
**III. Service & Hospitality**
The inn's staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally attentive and considerate. The charming owner was incredibly kind, and I often found myself seeking her out for chats during my free moments, listening to her fascinating stories and absorbing her insightful life wisdom. Such profound, intellectual conversations felt especially fitting in this serene environment. These interactions truly enriched my journey, making it more vibrant and memorable. I'm incredibly grateful for this encounter and eagerly anticipate our next meeting!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.

As soon as I entered the parking lot, I could tell the overall design and construction quality were excellent. The front desk staff was warm, attentive, and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was well-executed. The welcome fruit was also top-notch. I would definitely stay here again.

GGouzhongKomaThe hotel's exterior is very stylish, nestled between mountains and the sea, with the beautiful Haicang Bay Park nearby, which is not crowded. A big thanks to Cathy at the front desk for upgrading us to a room with a view of Haicang Bridge and arranging breakfast and lounge access. The lounge service was also very attentive, making for an excellent experience. On the evening of the 31st, the lobby bar even hosted a New Year's Eve party with a great atmosphere.

__M1376339****On the way to the hotel, the taxi driver asked if it was expensive, saying it was one of Xiamen's top hotels. We chose it specifically for its family-friendly theme, but unfortunately, the Seven Star Paradise was under renovation and unavailable during our stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious, and the bathtub and wet/dry separation are well-designed. The staff were also great; the girl who added me on WeChat beforehand, acting like a concierge, was fantastic. I do have one suggestion, which I hope the hotel considers for improvement: as a family-friendly hotel, there should be more amenities designed for children. While there are many public restrooms, which is great, none have lower sinks suitable for kids. In the room, I'd suggest adding a small step stool for children to easily wash their hands, brush their teeth, and wash their faces. A child-friendly toilet seat would also be a good addition.

Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the scent in the lobby was delightful. The service center on the phone gave us a lot of great recommendations for food and travel tips. Overall, it was a fantastic trip to Xiamen. I'll definitely choose Pullman Xiamen Powerlong again next year. Thumbs up!

It's conveniently located yet quiet, and you can directly access the mountain trails from the park, leading to scenic views along the mountain-sea boardwalk. The facilities are very new, and all the family rooms are on the first floor, boasting beautiful balcony garden views. The breakfast is incredibly abundant. It's also very close to Dongdu Wharf and the Yujian Minnan Wonderland, making it a hotel that offers great value for money.
