Whether dining or using the hot springs, nothing was done with the guests' convenience in mind. We needed to get tickets and wristbands every day for both dining and hot springs, and the first thing the staff asked upon entering the restaurant and hot springs was, ”Where are the tickets?” We had to change into hotel slippers to go to the hot springs, regardless of age, and we never saw the slippers being disinfected during our stay. We also had to change into slippers to go to the basketball court. How can you play basketball in slippers? When we complained to the front desk, the staff told us we could wear slippers and carry our own shoes inside. Doesn't that sound ridiculous?"
