"Overall, the experience wasn't great. We were traveling as a family and had booked two discounted standard rooms. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us they were on the fifth floor with no elevator. They offered to upgrade to more expensive rooms if we didn't want to climb the stairs, but the front desk refused, insisting we cancel and rebook. Since the original order couldn't be cancelled, we had to call Qunar's customer service as instructed. Although they tried to expedite the process, we still stood at the front desk for 20-30 minutes. It was already past 9 PM, and we were exhausted from driving for several hours. We had to cancel and rebook on empty stomachs, finishing around 10 PM. The room they provided had a problem with the curtains; they wouldn't close properly, letting in light. They said it was too late to fix, and after some pleading, they gave us a clip to hold them in place for the night. While the front desk may have tried their best, from our perspective, the experience was definitely not good."
