"This hotel is newly built, and the environment is okay, but the management is a complete shoddy operation, making the whole place feel chaotic. I booked a 2-meter king-size bed online, but when I arrived, they told me that 2 meters refers to the length, not the width. There were even sunflower seeds left in the sofa crevices, which was ridiculous. After staying one day, they said that there was a heavy rain the day before yesterday, and the room was leaking. They changed us to a regular suite. This hotel is only two months old, and they say there's a leak? We were staying on the 4th floor, not the top floor. Later, when I communicated with the hotel management, they said they would compensate us with two 100-dollar tea restaurant vouchers, but you can only use one voucher if you spend 250 or more. Doesn't that mean I have to spend money there again? I'm really speechless about this hotel."

"My stay at the Crown Hotel in Xianyou County was an absolute delight! Located on Shuyuan Road in Linan Town, the hotel is conveniently situated near the China Classical Arts and Crafts Expo City and Jiuli Lake, offering excellent transportation access. Renovated in 2025, the environment is even more elegant, featuring Mijia smart home control throughout and 1000M Wi-Fi coverage – a truly high-tech experience. The rooms are spacious and bright, with double-layered blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep. Smart TVs and air conditioning are also included. The service was exceptional; the front desk was available 24/7 with prompt responses, and offered convenient services such as taxi booking and luggage storage. While they didn't proactively provide disposable amenities, their environmentally conscious approach is commendable. Enjoying star-level service at an economical price – excellent value for money! Highly recommended!"
