The room had large windows with street views, and the sheets and blankets were so soft, just like home. The extra-soft pillows were especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, recommending local delicacies and fun places to visit. The sound system was excellent, and the breakfast was quite unique, featuring local milk tea and lamb offal soup. The fruit was fresh, and you could even play pool and video games with friends – it was never boring. It was very convenient for getting around, close to shopping malls and other lively areas. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

I got back from the music festival at 3 or 4 AM, and after a long road trip, I had a pile of laundry. I was so tired after a few attempts that I tried asking for help, and to my surprise, they agreed! They worked on it for ages! I'm so, so grateful!! Thank you to all the staff! It's a pity I missed breakfast. I'll definitely be back when the grasslands are at their most beautiful, and I'll make sure to have breakfast next time!"

The area is still under construction, so accessibility is a bit lacking. There were no signs, and all the lights were off when we came out after dinner. At over 700 yuan for two people, it wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it. The pet-friendly environment is very good. For people like us who treat our dogs like children, it was worth the money. I hope they maintain this level of service and would recommend it to pet owners."

Our shower did not drain properly and flooded the floor. This was shortly after turning it on. There wasn't a spa, swimming pool or bar on site. The beds were comfortable. The food buffets were very good with a lot of variety. The hospitality by staff was exceptional. There were few people that spoke English which caused me to learn how to use my language translator."
