"It was located about an hour from Tokyo and there were multiple dock runs, and the facility itself was very good. There are several restaurants around the facility that can be put with pets. The room was large, especially the bathtub was able to stretch my legs, so I was satisfied with it!"

"The entrance was flooded with water after rain, making it very difficult to walk; I almost slipped and fell several times! All the outdoor lights were out, and despite a report, no one came to fix it, leaving the area completely dark. I almost hit something while driving. The lack of water was also a major inconvenience! Some of the kitchen utensils were moldy, but the other facilities were in good condition."
