Service: The day shift receptionist was very attentive, but the night shift receptionist was indifferent. Calling the receptionist was also met with a sarcastic tone, almost mocking. The parking issue wasn't resolved satisfactorily either. I was out drinking and my phone was on silent, yet people called me over ten times. Don't you have the ability to solve problems? And the staff didn't seem to have received any training from Huazhu. Only the night shift receptionist was okay; the day shift staff were alright, and the security guards were also very attentive."

They recommend great activities in the city, and I especially want to thank Mr. Liu for introducing me to Phoenix Mountain Villa in Dongkeshi. It was like winning the lottery for me to enjoy the summer skiing program (held in mid-July each year, with only three days of opportunity). This allowed this 70-year-old to become a carefree old man and indulge in the joy of playing in the snow during the peak of summer."
