"I can honestly say it was the worst hotel I've stayed in a long time. It was filthy, filthy, and filthy. Smoking in rooms is considered normal. In fact, when I mentioned that someone had been smoking in the room, they handed me a cap to put on the fire alarm to prevent it from going off. "If you put this on, it won't go off," I said, "so you're condoning smoking." This shouldn't be happening at this hotel. There are also ashtrays in the rooms, which clearly indicates smoking. I've filed a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I hope they'll inspect it one day. In one of our rooms, there was what looked like lipstick or makeup on the bed. This suggests the room was either used by someone after it was cleaned, or it wasn't. The sheets and comforters were equally filthy in the other room. The hotel's customer base was poor. There were loud noises, doors slamming, and I had a truly terrible sleep. Despite all this, I wouldn't have stayed if the young receptionist hadn't been so kind and willing to solve problems. He was the one who changed the sheets and cleaned them. Thanks to him. If I ever go to Yalova again, I will definitely remove this hotel from my list. I do not recommend it at all."

"This hotel overlooks the street and is probably in a good location, but not close to the city center. The first thing that struck me was the slamming of doors, both from the hotel staff and the cleaning crew cleaning the rooms, shouting and slamming them very loudly. Also, a receptionist came to help me set up the safe in my room and then slammed the door just as loudly as he left. This is very bad because when you're sleeping or relaxing, these door slams really disrupt your stay at this hotel. Few people pay attention to this. I had to show the cleaning crew across from my room that the door could be closed silently. These slams completely ruined my stay at this hotel; I left tired and feeling unsettled. The room has no dark curtains or lamps over the bed. I heard that this building was built as a student dormitory, and apparently it still functions as a dormitory, only it's called a hotel. Next time, I'll look elsewhere!"
