The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor. There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!"
