Shengyuan Hotel ★★★★
"I confirmed the room upgrade through Ctrip, but during check-in, I felt they were communicating in the local language and hadn't actually upgraded me. I confirmed with them at least three times, insisting I'd been upgraded—they said I was on the fifth floor but was moved to the seventh. The elevator signs were clearly marked. After confirming I hadn't been upgraded in the room, I went back to the front desk. They stopped arguing and moved me to the ninth floor. Is this really necessary? And they wanted a 200 yuan deposit—I don't know what they were depositing for. A perfectly good hotel was ruined by two people at the front desk. I'll never stay here again."
Yunting Business Hotel ★★
"The room was huge, the air conditioning was super powerful, and the mattress was very comfortable. The spaciousness made for a great living experience 👍. The price was also quite reasonable, and the surrounding environment was very nice."

Homeinn · neo (Kashi Yengisar County Pedestrian Street) ★★
