"I chose this place because it was close to Yonago Station based on TripAdvisor reviews. The location was convenient and the facilities were a bit dated. I'd like to use my old key. The staff were friendly. The twin room had enough space to spread out two suitcases. The bathroom was small, but had amenities and good water pressure. The bedding was comfortable, the desk was spacious, and the window could be opened. The train station view was a bit disappointing, and the early morning train noise was a bit disturbing for a good night's sleep. There's an Aeon Mall and a drugstore across the street, which is convenient. But Donkey and the mall are a bit of a walk. There are more izakayas nearby than restaurants, so it's great for a drink in the evening. The lack of a water, ice water purifier, or microwave was inconvenient. I was able to store my luggage with an early check-in at 10 a.m., which made my last day comfortable."

I booked a room at a discounted price, so it had a neighborhood view, but I was always able to enjoy the view from the first floor. Breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying! If you're looking for a private onsen experience, the 'family bath' is available for rent and is very affordable."

Unlimited Hongge 👍. The only downside is that the carpet smells a bit. And the power outlets are inconveniently located. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the ocean view is amazing."

"It is rare to be able to stay in a hot spring hotel at this price. Dinner was served in buffet style with a wide variety of dishes, including freshly fried Tottori Wagyu beef and all-you-can-eat red crab legs, but the crab legs were a bit dry. The tofu is also super delicious, with a very bean flavor. The room has eight tatami mats, and on the other side there is a sofa, a small table, a refrigerator, etc. The room has a nice view of the sea and the beach. However, everyone in the hotel can only speak Japanese. Only one employee can barely speak a little English. I couldn't get a clear answer to my questions, so I had to search on Google."

However, when I made a reservation through the app, it seemed that the app and the hotel reservation weren't properly synchronized, and the reservation wasn't made for the correct number of people. (Although the confirmation email from the app showed that the reservation was correct for everyone.) Thanks to the hotel's quick response to this issue, my trip ended on a positive note, and I am truly grateful to them. I would like to request improvements to the app."

"I stayed here only for breakfast. The front desk and staff were polite. The free drinks were great. It would have been nice if there was a bag or basket when going to the large public bath. The bag next to the front desk was only big enough to fit underwear. I had trouble taking towels from the room. I brought them in the bag I brought with me just in case. I think that's necessary if they use one towel per person. There were traces of what it must have been like in the past when it was a high-class inn."

"After checking in at the hotel, we weren't staying here. The waiter took us to another wooden guesthouse. The rooms here were so old. I stayed in room 3 on the first floor. It was on the ground floor, under the stairs. The entire house was made of wood. The noise from guests walking around kept me awake. The room wasn't what we saw on Trip.com. I don't know if they made a mistake assigning us a room. Or maybe Trip.com made a mistake. Everyone, be careful when booking a room. "
