The platform showed that children had free breakfast, but my children were 11 and 15, and there were three of us staying there, and they insisted that we pay for a child's breakfast of 18 yuan. The main thing was that the breakfast at 8 a.m. was only porridge and soy milk, which was too simple and not worth it. With a room rate of 145 yuan, I can live in a very nice place in Sanming city. It is a rip-off to live in such a place in a county-level city under Sanming. If the time I arrived had not passed the cancellation period, I would have definitely canceled it. It's rubbish."

"I checked into the 6th floor of Yongan Continental Hotel on May 2, 2024. The KTV on the 4th floor of the hotel made loud noise at night, which seriously disturbed the residents, but the hotel did not give any relevant prompts when checking in. I called the front desk, but the front desk actually asked me to endure it until 2 o'clock. Moreover, the hotel’s KTV is still open after 2:00 in the morning (with video), which violates relevant regulations. The next day I asked my friends who lived on the 8th floor and found that they were still disturbed in the middle of the night. I have checked out and complained on 12315, 12345, Black Cat and other platforms."
