The next night someone played Mahjong all night in our room, intermittently making various abnormal noises, playing cards, shouting, and table and chair collisions. ...Makes people unable to sleep. At 3:30 in the morning, I went to the front desk to complain. The staff actively cooperated to call the teahouse, but the abnormal noise remained after I returned to the room. I went to the front desk again at 3:50. Later, it was estimated that the teahouse changed the room for the card player. It’s a little bit smaller but I can still hear it. It wasn’t until 5:20 that the group of people left. It was really tossed that they didn’t sleep for the whole night. The next day they had to get up and drive early, so I couldn’t get enough energy to travel. Security is seriously affected and my mood is terrible. I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this and communicate and coordinate the business hours with the teahouse upstairs, so that guests can have a quiet and comfortable rest environment!
